Clause 01

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering, or using the AR Wallet app (also known as ARB Wallet, ARWallet, or ARPay), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the AR Wallet platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the AR Wallet app, this website, and any related services provided by AR Wallet. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and AR Wallet.

Simple version: Using AR Wallet means you have read and agreed to these rules. No exceptions.
Clause 02

Eligibility & Account Rules

To use the AR Wallet app, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • You must be a resident of India
  • You must have a valid Indian mobile number
  • You must have a valid UPI account (PhonePe, Paytm, GPay, Freecharge, or Mobikwik)
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration

One Account Per Person: Each user is allowed only one AR Wallet account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, UPI ID, or device is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning of all associated accounts without appeal.

You are responsible for keeping your AR Wallet login password and account credentials safe. Do not share your login details with anyone. AR Wallet is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

Clause 03

How the Platform Works

AR Wallet is a Customer-to-Customer (C2C) peer-to-peer platform. It connects buyers and sellers of ARB tokens. AR Wallet does not buy or sell tokens itself, and it does not hold user funds at any time.

All financial transactions happen directly between users via UPI payment services. AR Wallet acts only as a facilitator of these connections and is not a party to any trade transaction.

By using the platform you acknowledge that:

  • AR Wallet is not a financial institution or regulated investment platform
  • AR Wallet does not guarantee any particular price for ARB tokens
  • Token prices are set by market supply and demand between users
  • AR Wallet cannot guarantee successful matching of every order
Clause 04

Trading Rules & Responsibilities

When you use the C2C AR Wallet platform to trade ARB tokens, you agree to follow these rules at all times:

  • Always verify payment in your actual bank app or UPI app before confirming any sell order as complete
  • Never confirm receipt of payment based solely on a screenshot — screenshots can be faked
  • If payment has not arrived, press Appeal immediately — do not press Confirm Receipt
  • Confirming receipt without verifying payment is your own responsibility and cannot be reversed
  • Complete all orders honestly and in good faith
  • Do not cancel orders repeatedly to manipulate the platform
⚠️ Critical Rule: Confirming a sell order as complete when you have NOT received payment is an irreversible action. AR Wallet cannot recover your tokens or money after an order is confirmed. Always check your bank first — every single time.
Clause 05

Payments & UPI Policy

All payments on the AR Wallet platform are processed through UPI (Unified Payments Interface) between users. By using the platform you acknowledge that:

  • AR Wallet does not process, hold, or control UPI payments between users
  • Payment failures caused by UPI service providers are outside AR Wallet's control
  • You must link a valid and active UPI ID to your account before trading
  • You are responsible for keeping your UPI details accurate and up to date
  • AR Wallet may charge a small service fee on completed trades, which will always be disclosed before order confirmation

In case of a payment dispute, AR Wallet's dispute resolution team will review evidence from both parties and make a decision. The team's decision is final. All disputes must be raised through the in-app Appeal system.

Clause 06

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden on the AR Wallet platform. Violation will result in immediate and permanent account suspension:

  • Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts)
  • Sending fake, edited, or fraudulent UPI payment screenshots
  • Attempting to defraud, scam, or deceive other users
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity
  • Impersonating AR Wallet staff or pretending to be customer support
  • Sharing or selling your account access to another person
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform
  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
  • Spreading false information about AR Wallet on social media

AR Wallet reserves the right to take legal action against users who engage in fraudulent or illegal activities on the platform.

Clause 07

Liability & Risk

By using AR Wallet, you accept that trading ARB tokens involves financial risk. AR Wallet and its team are not liable for:

  • Any financial loss resulting from token price changes
  • Losses due to a user confirming receipt before verifying payment
  • Losses due to a user sharing their login credentials or OTP with others
  • Technical failures or downtime of UPI payment services
  • Losses resulting from using unofficial or fake AR Wallet APK files
  • Actions taken by fraudsters outside of the platform

AR Wallet's total liability to any user, for any reason, shall not exceed the value of any service fees collected from that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Clause 08

Account Termination

AR Wallet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion if a user is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: fraud, duplicate accounts, prohibited activities, or any behaviour that harms other users or the platform.

Terminated accounts cannot appeal their suspension if the reason is fraud, duplicate accounts, or any other serious violation. AR Wallet's decision in such cases is final.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting support through in-app chat. Closing your account does not erase your obligation to complete any open or pending trades.

Clause 09

Changes to These Terms

AR Wallet may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated date at the top of this page will be changed. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Continued use of the AR Wallet app after any changes to these Terms means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform.
